What makes each Wander Jewelry piece unique?

Each piece is handmade by Hayley from start to finish and sources the best quality materials, including high-quality glass seed beads, semi-precious stones, and sterling silver or gold-fill. Hayley hand picks each stone from small lapidary businesses and artists.

How can I store and care for my jewelry?

Pieces with seed beads are best stored hanging to preserve their shape. Never pull the beaded strands to straighten—gently roll the strands in your fingers.

Turquoise and precious stones can fade in the sun, and sterling silver can tarnish in water, so please consider taking off your jewelry before swimming or showering. If it does start to show signs of tarnishing, you can use a silver polishing cloth to buff it away.

The gold in gold filled pieces is fused to a base metal (jewelers brass) meaning it will not flake off like gold-plated. The seams of these pieces however may tarnish because the brass is exposed when it is cut. When this happens, gently wipe these areas with a polishing cloth and they will look shine like new.

Can I order custom pieces?

Not at this time, but in the near future I will have semi-custom orders available, where you can choose how to finish it (make it into a cuff, pendant, ring, etc.).

Do you offer refunds or returns?

No, all sales are final. If your piece is damaged or needs repair, please contact me to see if this is possible.

Can I resize a ring that I bought?

It is not possible to make a ring smaller, but it is sometimes possible to size up a ring up to a half size bigger with a hammered finish. Rings can only be resized at time of purchase (before shipping). Please email me to see if this is possible before purchasing the item.

Feel free to email me if you see a ring you love but is not in your size or is sold out—I can try to include a similar style in my next collection! Unfortunately, custom orders are not possible at this time.

How fast will my order arrive?

Current collection and ready-to-ship items will be shipped within a few days of order via USPS first-class mail. Made-to-order pieces will be shipped within one to three weeks after purchase via USPS first-class mail. Shipping is added at check out.
